The conflict between Russia and Ukraine is not going to stop, and being in a constant state of war for so long has put a lot of pressure on Ukraine as well.

The more Ukraine tries to fight back, the more the world learns from their bravery, but it is also true that Ukraine is facing mental health issues.

Russia continuously attacked Ukraine and tried to demoralize Ukraine, but still, Ukraine continued to fight with Russia like a permanent cold war without giving up. As a result of this, there is a change in mental courage over time.

Opinion of Psychologists on social media in Ukraine

The war between Ukraine and Russia, which has been going on for the last one year, is slowly taking a different turn, in such a situation, some influencers on social media are working to create fear in the minds of the citizens of Ukraine by wrongly posting about the war.

Psychologists call this type of fear FOMO. Psychologists have said that these fake and fraudulent accounts on social media should be suspended as much as possible.

Once the fear of something unknown is created in the mind of a human being, it becomes quite difficult to recover from such a situation.

Sometimes, some people use fake accounts to spread the picture of things that did not actually happen. But its adverse effects can be more dangerous. The government needs to take some special steps to prevent these incidents.

Social media calls misinformation in the head

Many social media users have a habit of always scrolling on the screen, they don’t have any clarity about what they want to see and do, so they just keep scrolling. However, scrolling increases the risk of false positives.

There are two sides to social media, one side is that there is some good content, and on the other side there is a lot of negative news which directly affects the human mind. Therefore, an increase in the image of what has not actually happened can lead to premature depression.

Ukrainian citizens take care of themselves

The government in Ukraine has publicly challenged its citizens to take care of themselves by looking at what is good and what is bad. Don’t believe any rumour spread on social media and don’t let your faith go down.

In such a matter citizens of Ukraine should not only take care of themselves but also understand people who are ignorant of these things. Many people don’t know the mentality behind spreading these negative things so it can cause them more trouble.

Report something negative

Officially report any negative posts that are spreading in Ukraine on social media. Or do not show your interest in it. The more you look at certain things on social media, the more things related to it appear there.

Look at what you want and don’t think about the nation’s contribution, the government of Ukraine has promised its citizens a better life and health. The government also says that all these things can be stopped properly only by being positive.

It is important to maintain mental health

The Ukrainian government challenges citizens that when they start to suffer from incidents on social media, they can seek help from a psychiatrist without feeling alone.

Citizens should help each other to maintain good mental health and avoid thinking about anything to extremes.

It is important to ensure that we are getting the right information by controlling our social media to the extent that we can, due to the right information, it is possible to reduce the suffering of negative events of social media.

Drive a positive movement on social media

Another method of defeating the negative on social media is to promote and spread the positive as much as possible, which can reduce the tendency to view the negative and increase the tendency to view the positive.

If you try to live together and socialize as much as possible, you can share each other’s pain and it can be easy to manage the sudden depression, stress and anxiety.

To the extent that people’s attention is diverted to the negative events in Ukraine, the negativity can be reduced if this attention is also diverted to the positive events.
