Hollywood Bowl was founded in 1919 in Los Angeles. It is the Philharmonic Association that is presenting and promoting the performing Hollywood bowl in its varied forms at the topmost position of excellence.
It is held at Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, and The Ford. The Hollywood Bowl has been the premier destination for live music in Southern California since its beginning of it.

Artist of Hollywood Bowl
Thomas Wilkins is the star Captain of the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra. He had held a named position at the Hollywood Bowl since 2008 when he was named star Guest Conductor, and in the spring of 2014, he became star Captain.
He has learned about music from North Park University (Chicago), the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
