As the new generation is demanding change in society and destroying orthodox rituals of society, the latest demand of the UK’s athletes is highlighted worldwide.
They demanded a law regarding transgender athletes.
What do athletes want?
Transgender athletes should be allowed to take part and compete with men in the “open category” and the women’s category should be reserved for those who were female at birth and thus make the fair competition among athletes.
Transgender women will be part of the ‘open’ category and the existing system would be replaced so that the current male category should become open to athletes of all sexes without any discrimination.
This will also allow the females to participate and compete fairly within women’s only.
They are claiming to change old rules and they need to ban Trans women practicing from the female event category and make them part of the open category in which male and transgender can compete together.
Who has banned transgender from the female sports category earlier?
They wanted to follow a similar path to British Triathlon and the Rugby Football Union (The Irish Rugby Football Union) as well as Rugby Football League. Because they have done all this to save the female sports event as fairly played.
